FITNESS CLASSES

We will be offering an adult fitness class on our GlideFIT floating fitness boards called GlideFIT Yoga. These boards provide aquatic based stability training by challenging stability on and off the water.

There will be a 4 week session held on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We will also have Sunday morning sessions available for those who do not want to make a commitment to the 4 week long program, and want to pop in one or two Sundays that month. Sunday morning sessions are open to the public. There are only 8 spots available for each class, so register now!
